What Word Will Choose You?

December 26, 2008

Christine Kane has a tradition at the beginning of each new year: choosing a word that will resonate, guide, inform her. It didn’t take any time at all for me to choose mine (actually, it chose me): Receive. I set my deliberate intention to be open and receptive the the wonderful joys, abundance and gifts that life has to offer.

What is your word? Visit Christine’s blog for a list to get those juices going.

Thanks and all due props to Caroline at The Zen In You for her blog post on this topic.

I have been thinking about this for sometime now my friend… and today on this new years day… it came to me…

    Heal…

Each of us is wounded. Sometimes that woundedness expresses itself in strange and cryptic ways…

My work for this year is to heal myself… from the inside out.

Thank you for the gift of your beautiful presence in my life,

Love, peace and light on the wings of this new year,

    Maithri

Chani, I like your word and it really fits with where you are in your journey.

Wanda, you are already rich beyond compare. You’ve got ME!

Maithri, my sweet friend, I love how you express your innermost thoughts. You will heal as you bring healing to others.
